The Magia range is a range of products which make it easy for you to choose your ideal staircase. Consisting of Spiral, winder and space saver options, there is something to suit all spaces.
It easy to find the staircase that bests suits your requirements and this can be done in a few easy steps.
Take your measurements
1- Establish your floor to floor height. Measure the distance from the finished lower floor to the finished upper floor and take the floor thickness.
2- Measure the stairwell in which the staircase is to be positioned. Always take into account the architectural elements which might cause an obstruction such as walls, doors, windows, radiators.
3- Measure the opening you have on the upper floor. Measure all the sides and for a circular opening measure the diameter.
For spiral staircases the stairwell should be 5cm more than for the diameter of the staircase and for winder and spacesaver staircases, the stairwell space and dimensions of the openings should be 2cm more than the width of the staircase.
Identify which staircase you can use
Round openings will facilitate a spiral staircase where as square, rectangular and L shaped openings suit a winder staircase.
The Magia range has a choice of 4 spirals, 2 winders and 2 spacesavers.
Spirals:
Made of steel painted in either white or gun metal grey and light or cheery birch plywood treads, the Magia 70Xtra is a stylish choice for use as a secondary staircase in modern, contemporary surroundings.
The handrail is constructed of PVC with an aluminium core. This allows the stair to be fitted both clockwise and anti clockwise. The staircase is provided with a landing that can be cut to suit circular, mezzanine and square openings.
The staircase can reach a maximum height of 359cm and is available in diameters of 110cm, 130cm and 150cm.
Matching balustrade is available in 1.2metre lengths.
We recommend you consult your local authority before installing this staircase due to the horizontal bars on the railing.
Magia 70
The Magia 70 Sharing the same characteristics and options as the Magia 70Xtra other than the Magia 70 is constructed using vertical spindles as opposed to horizontal rods. If used in conjunction with a riser bar kit, a 150cm Magia 70 will comply to BS:5395 for a category B stair.
Magia 50Xtra
The Magia 50Xtra is constructed of painted steel in either white or gun metal grey. The staircase is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is available in diameters of 110cm,130cm and 150cm. The handrail is constructed of PVC with an aluminium core enabling installation in a clock wise and anti clockwise rotation. The landing suits circular, mezzanine and square openings. Each tread is fitted with a matching non slip mat, to ensure user safety.
The staircase can suits of up to 353cm and matching balustrade is available in 1.2 metre lengths.
Magia 50
The Magia 50 Shares the same characteristics and options as the Magia 50Xtra, however the Magia 50 is constructed using vertical spindles as opposed to horizontal rods. If used in conjunction with a riser bar kit, a 150cm Magia 50 will comply to BS:5395 for a category B stair.
Winders:
Magia 90Xtra
Adjustable in height going and rotation, the Magia 90Xtra. allows for adapting the staircase to the stairwell. There is also a choice of straight, L or U shaped configurations. Constructed of painted steel in white or gun metal grey and light or cherry birch plywood treads. tread widths available or 70cm, 80cm and 90cm. With going adjustable from 18-26 cm (depending on tread width chosen).
Magia 90
The Magia 90 Shares the same characteristics and options as the Magia 90Xtra, however the Magia 90 is constructed using vertical spindles as opposed to horizontal rods. This style of railing is often a requirement to conform to British building regulations.

The Magia 30Xtra is a staircase dedicated to small spaces. Constructed of steel supports and railings painted in either white or gun metal grey, with a choice of light or cherry treads made from birch plywood.
